I read a report [technewsworld.com] that IBM will be releasing a new browser made especially for the blind.

The A-browser -- "A" stands for "accessibility" -- is
not yet available, but it reportedly will let users press keys
to activate and otherwise interact with multimedia content,
and hear an audio description of what's there.

This is very exciting. Now we will be able to detect a referrer for blind users if they use it.

Sounds good. I wonder if they will have a beta seeding prgram?
