EasyApache Stuck on Build

I'm using EasyApache to do a new build through WHM.

It's been stuck on;

! Downloading '/var/cpanel/perl/easy/Cpanel/Easy/PHP5/3_3.pm.patch.tar.gz' !

Checking that all packages are present and up to date.

for nearly an hour now...what should I do?
