how to redirect urls for 3000 adwords easily?

Not sure if this should be here, if not please move.
Here is the deal. I am trying to figure out how to redirect 3000+ adwords urls to the new pages after we change over the pages from php to static using the mod_rewrite procedure.
Anyone got a clue how this can be easily done? Or am I not thinking this thru and it will automatically happen?

if the urls have changed you have two choices - edit the destination urls for the ads in your adwords campaign(s) or redirect the urls with mod-rewrite.
otherwise you could internally rewrite the php urls to the statics urls.
this can be done easily if it's just a matter of rewriting or redirecting the url from "http://example.com/foo.php" to "http://example.com/foo.html"
