One of my client's websites been facing a strange problem. Viewing source of the site when accessed online it shows weird code of three-four paragraphs at the top. But it doesn't show up when accessing same file on local PC.

Currently all the search engines shows badware warning besides search result for the site.

Has anybody out here knows how to remove this code?

I though someone else would have addressed this; in a "safe" situation, this would be a free host that injects code on page output. But your mention of badware negates this possibility. Your site has likely either been hacked or subjected to a cross-site scripting or injection attack which has inserted malicious Javascript into your database entries.

There's lots of topics on this message board relating to this type of attack, search them out . . .
