Does anyone know howto setup a farm server like the Wikipedia?
Where would I find people that have an understanding of server farms and load balancing?

how do you know you need a server farm like Wikipedia? Wikipedia attracts a LOT of web traffic... so I doubt you need that capabilities.. until you actually have the same amount of traffic...

A big hosting company should know how to implement load balancing, either using servers or hardware switches. Ask them about this sort of thing, and explain just what your actual needs are, not pie in the sky figures.
