Looking for backlink counter/sitemap gen for inTRAnet usage

I'm looking for a backlink analysis tool that does not rely on external search engines to spider a company intranet site. I've looked a several products but they all depend on Google or Yahoo's external index.

Xenu Link Sleuth will crawl your Intranet and check internal links. It will look at the validity of external links as well. However, it doesn't do backlinks.
