Hi Brett, We offer the service. It's pretty competitive and there is always someone around the corner with "a better deal." We stick with a big firm that has good resources - this means if something goes wrong it doesn't bounce back as a bad recommendation. The trend here in the uk is going to be for prices to start going up (for business space) at some point. The way it works best for me is part of a package of web design, management, updates, marketing, etc. In its own right, we cannot compete.

Thanks Neil. I'm considering doing it for us. We have a opportunity to buy a half dozen good boxes (p3's/raids/512m) and let the host run the show while we use part of them and resell whats left for them.

I'm sure YOU can make a success of it. IMHO,reliable service is the key. If there are no problems, the customer will have little reason to switch out. Good luck.

Hi Brett, We have been doing the re-selling thing for over a year now. The idea was to cover our costs. It was a good sized company to start with and was just purchased by a larger company. I agree that service is the key. I can get a real live person on the phone 24 x 7. No complaints from customers yet. I'm happy with it. Jim T. (bluesriff)
