Suck Site Legality / Pitfalls

I would like to know what pitfalls there are that someone might need to be aware of. I don’t request legal advice but suggestions would be appreciated. Or are there any sites that deal with this sort of topic.

This would be assuming that all normal processes had been exhausted, rather like the woman who had a problem with her TV a while back in the UK.

by a "suck site" do yuo mean like the infamous "I hate **insert brand name of Scandanavian rubbish furniture store here ** "

Which was taken offline and became owned by said firm before I could get my tale of woe from same co onto it :-)
