Filing a complaint against a foreign company

Who regulates Australian marketing companies?

A marketing company in Australia had closed our account for a frivolous reason, and they had kept all of our money that was in our account. Please note, this is our money, not theirs. It was deposited via a credit card, and it was not money earned, it was to be used as marketing funds.

Any idea which Australian government organization that regulates Australian companies so that someone could file a complaint against them?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

If you have details of payment and money usage, terms and conditions etc... in writing, you could ask your credit card company to do a chargeback. Then let the AU company chase you!

I think a charge back to your credit card would be teh best way to go and the quickest.

Id be interested to know who they are, sticky me.
