anyone recommend good software?

I need something quite simple to use and setup for the sales team to synchronise leads, contacts etc over the network (W2K).

anyone had experience they could share?

ideas of prices would be helpful.

Where I use to work they used act! it's quite good for what I could see. But I think that outlook allows this as well.
