traffic exchange accross subjects and regions

Most traffic exchanges are local... Is there a global traffic exchange?

I have traffic in areas in which I have no interest. How can I exchange it? Most banner exchanges only work within a certain theme-subject-language-zone. Exit windows, text links and pop up exchanges also have that restriction.

For instance, I have Spanish adult traffic and I need English site-promotion visitors.

Any suggestions?
