I need to add a payment gateway on a site. All that is needed is a form to
collect the data from the user along with the script that sends the data to the
secure server.

Requirements:
1 - html form
1 - thank you page
1 - payment did not go through page
1 - asp script

Otherwise, if you're wondering how much to charge users to have access to using the gateway, that's a different situation, it's one of pricing the service to customers.
