Will SpamCop filters stop delivery?

I was about to send out an e-mailing using Vertical Response, although I am sure all other similar progams may have the same shortcoming. That is, when I did a test send to my graphic artist, the e-mail bounced back to me.

That got my curiosity up, so I sent one to myself and then ran Mailwasher, which identified the sender as a known spammer to SpamCop.

So I guess I have a few questions:

1) Are all such programs likely to create messages that are tagged as spam by SpamCop?

2)Do many mailservers use SpamCop to identify suspect mail before sending it on to users?

3) If so, will those mail systems bounce the mail (no problem, I can then send to the remainder with my normal e-mail program) or - much worse - will e-mail servers using spammer definitions from SpamCop simply swallow the e-mail whole, leaving me never knowing if it was delivered, bounced or, whatever.

I'm not worried about the recipients thinking this is spam - it isn't. I'm just worried about the message never getting to the recipients. Any thoughts?

IMO, yes and yes. Though spamcop doesn't appear to be the filter of choice for the big boys.

FWIW, I have my filter set not to bounce.
