Outlook express wont receive certain emails?

Hey all, i have a question concerning outlook..

I wrote a little program in visual basic that emails in HTML format a little message. this is used for communications between our departments. (I used the mabry mail control to do this.. great control!)

Now, the weird thing is, i can send it to my eudora mail, my yahoo mail, and another web based mail service, and they all receive it. However, when I send it to these guys useing outlook express, they do not receive it. The mail program does not even see anything to download. it is driving me nuts!

anyone have any thougts or suggestions?

Any chance the MS spam filters are catching it? OE allows filtering and deletion at the server...

naw, i checked and double checked and there does not sem to be any spam filters set.
