I need a VOIP number in the USA and Australia just for answering calls and playing a welcome message to advise them to instead use the contact form on our website.

I have been using 2 Skype numbers, but they dropped the recorded message some time ago, making it useless for my need.

I have researching Voice Mail services and found that Google Voice is no longer free, although it could answer redirects from Skype. But why use 2 services to do the job of one?

I don't need to redirect, send SMS or anything else but advise them to use the contact form on the web site where they found my number!

Any services to recommend?

Problem solved.

Voicemail is free for users in the USA so I had a friend verify the account there. Otherwise it costs $10/month. For Australia I used a prepaid mobile phone service for $60/year that does all that I want,ie: recorded message.
