Does anyone have any experience or feedback using these services for a client? Their fees, are quite high, so obviously that might bite into my own hosting & maintenance fees. I'm curious what/if any drawbacks or heavy maintenance issues we may encounter, or are they set it & forget it. I would like to help out in the setup & testing phases obviously, and Day1 to ensure it all goes smoothly. However after the first month or two are there any maintenance issues or business issues (Payment, customer complaints) to be concerned with?
I really need to take this step if they're willing, just would like any feedback from those with experience with these or similar web apps?
