Landing Page Creation as a Service

I have built landing pages for a while as part of a website or for existing clients, but now I am thinking of offering it as a stand-alone service for people that have never worked with me before. I have access to Leadpages and I can also create them using other software. I am also pretty good on the copywriting side and can do a lot of the strategy behind setting one up. So I think this could be a nice little service if I can figure the sweet spots on how to actually offer it.

Here are my questions:

1. What or maybe a better question is how do you charge for this service? Fixed price, base with add on, etc.

2. What would be a good going rate to charge for something like this?

3. For people not familiar with Internet marketing what is a quick and easy way to describe what this is and what it would do for them?

Any thoughts from those of you out there already doing this I would love to hear what you think. Thanks!

Is there anybody out there doing this for others? I was thinking of offering it in "packages" as it were, say a lead generation package where I would create a bait piece and then set up the landing page and put it on someone's site. I am trying to figure out if there is a market here and if so how others are offering it.

1. Up to you. Most web designers would evaluate the work, then decide the price. If you work for someone else, it may be done on an hourly rate.

2. What ever the market will bare.

3. By using examples close to what their model is.

Start simple and learn as you go.
