I am in the process or hopefully will be in the process of signing on some clients for hosting and seo. Is there any resources on the web that explain what should be in web hosting contract. I am particulary interested in something that is not overly legal if that makes sense.

I have found a bunch of design contracts but nothing dealing with hosting and seo.

Perhaps you should go down the "by clicking here you are agreeing to our terms and conditions" road.

Take a look at a selection of other hosting companies terms and conditions page and base yours on that.

I would like to do that click on ... , but I need something to put in front of the client. I have been looking through posts and it seems I should stay away from asking for legal advise, I was just curious if there where any resources dealing with web hosting contracts or what to put in them.
