Question about Incorporating in Delaware and Tax Payments

If we (non us citizens) register a USA company (in Delaware for example) in order to open corporate adsense account in adsense.google.com do we have to pay any taxes from the money earned in adsense advertising network ?

If your business entity is in the US, you still have to pay Federal taxes, I'm pretty sure. You might not have to pay state tax.
