Gmail + Yahoo email registrations are being major source of spam.
At same time,
they are only source of having legit country specific users.


How to handle this ?

Are you doing dkim verification on the incoming emails on your server?

I thought that those services capped the number of recipients on any email at far too low a level to make them effective for spamming these days.

I think there may be some background about the problem missing from your post.
