we wanna launch our startup very soon. but problem is how to attract Media's interest to our small company ? is there any place which offer a marketing service ? which for example cover review in techcrunch mashable NYTIMES and etc ... ?

press releases, blogging, and contact the above-mentioned tech reporters (mashable, techcrunch) directly. You can also look for a local PR firm that has expertise in that area. Especially if you want coverage on mainstream news (nytimes), a PR expert will know how to achieve that.

I would also suggest a PR firm - you shouldn't chose the most expensive one obviuosly - but I am sure you can find something.
