In online businesses are the German used in Switzerland the same as that in Germany?

There was recently a very long and occasionally acrimonious thread about British vs. US English. Mutatis mutandis.

When Swiss broadcasts are shown on German TV, they have subtitles. And I don't mean the ones where the announcer is speaking Romansch.
