here's a funny story... had a client in contract that outlined everything from software design (millions and millions line of code), to intellectual property design using our trade secrets and intellectual property and more.... client gets a bug up his arse, decides he doesnt want to pay for the final version (note all was ok up until that time), then attempts to steal the source code by reverse enginnering what we did using an earlier version... then to boot he's using our intellectual property because he refused to endorse the intellectual property assignment which was part of the original contract...
funny how people "with money" think they can have anything they want when they dont fully pay for it... and now he's saying he lost his version of the signed contract, lol, my lawyers are gonna feast on this guy
