In US, I read and understood that a retail company requires a resale certificate, so the retail company doesn't pay tax to the manufacturer company.
Now, a similar thing should exist in canada, but not under the name resale certificate, because I couldn't find it.
where/how to get it in Canada? or if it is called by a different name?
