I am about to engage in a web project for which I will be hiring 100% of the technical help, could anyone please suggest what I need to do to protect the idea itself? What agreements/contracts if any would usually be signed between client and developer ensuring confidentiality and intellectual property?
I'm trying to find out what I should be expecting from a reputable design/development house here as I am new to this and wish to separate the wheat from the chaff so to speak.
