Dear sir ? Ma’m,
I was worked in Kuwait recently I resigned my job with 3 month notice period (as per Kuwait labour law), but when I completed my end of service (march 13th 2011) the company was not released my settlement cash (feb salary + March Salary + annual paid leave salary) & they said to me, bring assurance letter to any working employee in the company, we will hand over the cash. Now you can start your journey.
Now I’m in india .. And almost 48 days gone.. Still now I didn’t get my money..
What can I do for this issue?
Please help me & how to alert forthcoming workers & country embassies from this kind of companies.
