I just want to sync my Calendar, CRM and iPhone

Please help me get more organised and productive

iPhone – Check
Google Calendar – Check
CRM – sort or check (Zoho currently)

All this stuff works great on it’s own but what I really NEED is sync.

My sales guy books appointments
I deal with current clients and arrange callbacks, leads and meetings, etc

I need these tasks in a calendar with push notifications to my iPhone.

Has anyone found a CRM/calendar combination that will seamlessly achieve the above?

We are a small business (team of 4), free software’s great but not a skin flint so happy to pay.

I would really appreciate your experience.

I hadn’t, but just did and it works well as far as the sync is concerned.

However, I also need notifications, preferably via the calendar rather than sms or email.

If I can get that far I’ll need a CRM that can integrate with Google Calendar or I’ll end up developing something myself with Drupal!

It it syncing OK still ? I'm hearing bad reports on iPhone sync for business. Nokia E5 Sync is much better for all this.

Im told if you resell Google Apps premium you get very good developer API support

Can't speak for developer support.

But the G Cal syncs well with iCal. Only 1 alert can be set rather than two and you have to add the event through Google Calendar and then the alert on your iPhone.

Other than that bit of overhead it's reliable and efficient. I'm not a heavy user but a happy one. :-)
