Is that to register in Russia or China?

Seriously, this is an international forum, you need to be more specific.

The principles of trademark registration mostly follow the logic applied in the Madrid Protocol [wipo.int...] which takes care of a lot of multi national coverage.

Call your local Trademarks office for more details and they will put you on the right path , or a local trademarks attorney if you want to spend money. An attorney is not always necessary , except in difficult cases.
