I have been dealing with "oh" desk for several years. I found the Ukraine providers do the best work, but with a few availability & communication problems. Recently we went with an Indian based firm and it's been a nightmare, being billed month after month for debugging. Next time it's fixed price model for me.
What other outsourcing "middle man" firms are there and which have provided good results?
I'm also thinking about finding a local person from a local college coop program for our light weight "cosmetic" work.
