Can any one tell me a best php or any other open source script that i can install onto my web server to manage literally all about my web site activities, its something like an ERP (CRM is not very important for now).

I know this is too much to expect from a free script, just like to know any script that can come nearly to this requirement so that i can customize it (i know php intermediate level) .
or may be this would be an inspiration for someone to create a script .
To say it simple, members who are helping for my project can also loginto to it and can log their works (Inprogress, completed etc).
I have download Validerp and looked at Tutos and it seems that it wont satisfies all my requirements, can any one suggest me one ?
so far am using google docs but thinking something better to fasten up things.
