Freelance what? Site developer, content writer, graphic artist, audio magician, video? Problem one: Can you do it? Problem two: can you sell it? Problem three: are licenses, fees, or permits required? As for taxes, what kind? Income? Value/Product/Sales? Business? Need a bit more info, please. :)
