DC: Multiple Domains & own parking page

Hi,
I have 15 Domains. All these domains are hosted on the same server(same ip) but currently with no content and no meta-tag discreption, because of the DC problem. All names are in others niche. 6 domains are listed on google.

I would like to setup my own "domainforsale" (no text) website on each domain, with the same picture and with the same link to afternic - domain for sale - and with my email-address on each domain. So if anyone type in one of my domains, he will see the same info page on each domain .

I don´t want to spam or get penalized by google, because i would like to sell these domain names and 6 are listed on google. This is not a "how get higher on google" its a more a "will google penalized domains with no text, but with the same picture and link on it" question. I only want to inform the visitor on each domain, that the domain name is for sale.

I have read a lot of DC and I think "yes" it is DC, because all my domain names have the same content. Is this really true?

If it is, so why don´t google penalized the millions of parking pages from sedo or ndparking ? or maybe he is? how can I avoid DC and inform any visitor that the domain name is for sale?

what do you mean by "listed on google" and how could it be "listed" for anything without content?

The meta "title tag" is equal the domain name and 6 of them are listed on google. like:

exampledomain [ Translate this page ]
www.exampledomain.com/ - Similar pages
