Trademark using in the domain

Hello Guys,
Here is a case, somebody has registered domain name using my trademark, something like trademarkwidget.net , they are developing it and are promoting it. I contacted them and told to transfer the domain to me, but they replied that they are not going to do it if I like I can buy it for several hundred dollars. What can I do? It seems that they are not located in USA or Europe, they are located somewhere in pakistan or bangladesh... Should I begin court case? somewhere like WIPO? but it will be more expansive...
What can I do?

Buying it sounds cheaper than pursuing an international trademark prosecution.

We have seen several similar domains to our trademarks, but not a single one shows up in any search engine.

How successful is this knockoff? I would just wait it out. This is definitely the case here because they'll give you the site for several hundred dollars; they just want a quick buck and they won't last long.
