These past few months have been a bear dealing with the RBLs. Between SBCGlobal.net and MSN, we're probably seeing rejected mail notices from about 15-20% of our user base, that is not good. This last month has really made me look hard at my options for managing email moving forward and it looks like I'm going to offload it. The major ISPs have made it very difficult and expensive to get mail into their users mailboxes. I'm about done with it!
And then you get users who are too damn lazy to click the Unsubscribe button but they'll click the Report as Spam button. Go figure...

Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for
rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or
IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please
contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network
admins, please visit [postmaster.live.com...] for email delivery
information and support (in reply to MAIL FROM command)
