These seem the closest, but it doesn't really seem to fit either.

I once worked for someone who made such codes (in Australia) and he tried to explain why "manufacturing" covered many industries that we'd be looking for in "internet" categories. I don't have an answer for you, as I had a similar problem trying to find a code for a domain name registrar or SEO.
