Shell Hosting

Yet another request for advice on finding a host

I need a new host, and as cheap as possible, given that our previous host has refused to refund our money. I can't find any other web hosts which offer a shell account and permit a background process (in this case an IRC bot). Apart from the bot, main requirements are CGI, SSI, domain parking, and cheapness (in that order).

angel theres 2002 shell providers I think you can start by looking at dmoz.org for their hosting providers - get a basic account/unix adaptable for a irc process.
