Can I sell from USA on eBay India?

Is there any way I can list on eBay India without a physical presence or a bank account there? Do I need a license? Can I use Paypal? Can I use PaisaPay?

If you have an account on one ebay portal, you can use that username and password on all sub-sites. A user account at ebay.com gives automatically access to ebay.in.

The only problem you might face is the import procedure from goods from the US to India, but this is basically not an eBay problem but has to do how trade is regulated between the two countries and which customs regulations apply to your type of goods. You are not a trader based in India and selling from India to local customers, but an exporter located in the US.

Thanks for your input. I have tried listing on eBay India and the web site accepts everything I input (even saves it for later use if I log off) but when I get to the final step and hit "List Your Item" it takes me to the PaisaPay site to open an account and I can't open one without a bank account in India.
