Hi,

After a lot of blood, sweat and tears I've suddenly started making quite a bit of money in affiliate marketing from the last few months.

This put me in an interesting dilema.

Previously I've been using Andhra Bank and Punjab National Bank to cash my affiliate checks. They charged very little, and since my previous checks were for really small amounts it didn't really matter how slowly they processed them.

Now that my checks are significantly bigger (USD 4,500 or more) I'd like to know which Indian bank is the best with respect to FASTEST clearing of USD affiliate checks for LOWEST cost?

Ideally I'd like a bank which has an awesome online interface and would prefer a public sector bank if at all possible. (I'm allergic to ICICI due to previous bad experiences with their utterly incompetent home loan dept., so I'd like to avoid them but really am game for pretty much any bank.)

So please share your experiences with various banks in terms of processing big foreign checks and what you think is the best?

Thanks,

Hi,

My Chartered Accountant recommended ICICI, HDFC and Citibank for fast clearing of checks. I'll contact HDFC & Citibank next week and most likely sign up with HDFC (heard good things), unless I hear a better recommendation from one of you guys.

Aren't there any Indian webmasters cashing more than $4,000/month?

I'd like to think there are many of you out there, doing really good in organic search.
