but i've just suddenly thought hmmm this could be iffy,
i put up a page with positiontech last week just to see if there would be any traffic, and so far i'm getting a (very) few but highly targetted clicks, and looking at the logs no-one searching for ad ult terms has clicked through.
but will the search engines esp. google see it differently??
the word in question is snip unfortunatly it is really needed as part of the keyphrases i'm seeking - i don't want much traffic but any sale could be of high value so its worth fishing for all the keyphrases, but not if i'm going to trigger some kind of filter that affects my whole site.
any thoughts

Edited just a tiny bit, we like to stay as far away from adult topics as possible. I know it was pretty safe, but I tend to err on the side of caution. I bet everyone is able to decipher cyril's post, and we are still able to have a great thread without specific words mentioned. BTW Google realizes that there are dual meanings to words, based on what I saw from a search on your word.
Your logs may show a bit of "one hit wonder" traffic, if people show up who aren't looking for info related to male barnyard fowl, but I doubt you'd run afoul (pun unintended, sorry!) of any adult filters, if it's pretty clear what the topic of your site is... And if a filter did catch your site incorrectly, you'd certainly get it "de-filtered" on appeal.
