How To do outsourcing?!

im freelancer and i need to do outsourcing for a company

im currntly stablishing my own business as freelancer , and i wan to do outsourcing for other companies. how can i do that?
I have a great exp. in web development, and i have agood bio on a freelance website ,but this is not enough for me , please advice

There are more than only one freelancer sites out there. If you have a good bio on one, you can have same on several and succeed.
