well said JohnRoy :-D Sorry I was too busy with business and could not clarify earlier. I want to know how much $ you are ready to pay for hiring a good php coder. What is the avg. rate 1 can expect? I am negotiating with a client and I want to make sure I don't under quote or overestimate.
