I scoured the web and this was the closest thing I could find on this subject anywhere.
I am interested in perhaps going anywhere in the world to assemble a team of programmers / designers / etc.
The key would be to save money and get the most "bang for my buck". Also, the talent in places like Eastern Europe probably even beats out the USA which is where I am from - according to CodeJam contests, etc.
Bonuses would be:
- Beaches
- Girls
- Opportunity For Other Business Op. (like call center mentioned in this thread in the Phil.)
Well, I've heard a bit about Romania, Bulgaria, Phil, etc. etc. - but all in 2004.
How about 2007? How did all of your experiences go on those who moved?
