I do website design contracts and really need to get a solid Terms of Service (as I have just been messed around by someone).

Does anyone know where I could find information on how to write one out?

I think it needs to cover liability and invoice payment.

I know it is a little expensive.. but you only need to pay it once and then you have it for years to come....... Hire a lawyer

The reasons I say that is, there may be local laws or nuances that these 'general" ones will not take into account. Also there may be something specific to your work that you want to further protect. the more custom tailored one of these documents are the more it will do to protect you and your work.

Talk with a lawyer.... he can draw you up a legal binding agreement that will hold water where ever you are. The initial expense can be high but once you have it then it is worth it.
