Actions that indicate a weak leader

For me it has to be:

Uses non trade specific jargon, like 'Blue sky thinking', 'singing from the same hymn sheet' and other modernisms repeatedly.

Sends business emails from home after logging on to the company I.T system at an obscene hour, like 1am in the morning.

Rarely gives a concise answer to a business problem, leaves answers lacking in direction.

Excessive micro-management; failure to communicate effectively with employees

Attempts to avoid decision-making

Re-visits decisions and lets others see that he/she is second-guessing

Changes courses at the first sign of rough water

Agrees with whoever has the floor (the last person to meet with him/her will always win their point)

Refusal to even try to learn names of any subordinates of subordinates, even if they're in his/her presence all the time

Lacks respect for the chain of command

Inability to make tough decisions like firing people or pulling failing projects.

Moans a lot about things outside thier control.
