Should I recruit resellers via the net? Their job would be to sell my websites LOCALLY. For example, if a reseller lives in Houston, he would have to visit local businesses in that area and offer websites to them.
The reseller will be an independent reseller. This means they will not be working for my company but will order websites from it. The reseller would get the money from his client and then place an order at my website, provide all information for the site, and I will take care of the actual development.
The Reseller can charge whatever he wants for the website. I was considering selling a CMS website for $400 and he could easily sell it at $800 (I sell them to my clients at $1200)
Besides my shyness, there's another reason I need this type of system (or a similar one). I want to live in a place in South America that is like a paradise for me.
I have had this dream for about three years now and I really want it to come true. However, it's impossible for me to work in that place because I would earn very little.
So I need to work from there but have my clients in the US. This way I will be able to live very comfortably over there. You guys are welcome to visit me :)
What do you think about this reseller system? Any alternative ways for me to work? Any ideas? Everything's welcome :)
