The current contract with this ISP provides for hardware and system maintenance, but frankly, there has been nothing but trouble since the move. The web server crashes, rendering his sites inaccessible, the mysql server crashes, generating server errors, the mail gets stuffed up - most of which I'm able to fix myself by a 3AM SSH and restart.
But no one knows what's wrong. Like most ISP's, these guys are spread far too thin and they are not idiots, they just don't have any answers.
So: where do I begin looking for a system administrator we can trust to review his hardware and software? We need new blood to see what everyone else seems to be overlooking.
I did search this forum, couldn't find any definitive answers.
