The high profile suit involving two health care companies and the Internet Archive have been settled out of court. Terms were not disclosed.

One thing left out of the other thread...

The Library of Congess uses archive.org's crawler for the LOC's archive, and by law they are allowed to have this copy.

Other countries, notable the Aussies, also use the Internet Archive's technology for the same reason. So, Congress should be named in this suit as well... and that puts this entire suit on shakey ground.
