today i had a very strange experience that i want to share with you webmasters here to get some help of handling it.
I sell ready made scripts that are mostly used on web portals and community websites, today a person bought scripts from me of US$ 100 worth of.. i confirmed payment in my 2checkout panel and then sent him the package.
after TEN hours 2checkout emailed me it is fraud transaction and we have cancelled it... wow they even didnt bother to consult me and cancelled it and returned the money... i have started a suppor ticket but 2CO has not replied for the last 24 hours i have posted more posts in the same ticket and requested them to clear this thing to me but no response...
anyway on the other hand that user has been sending me emails for support on installation of the script and now i can see he is running that script on his website, (URL is not allowed however i can give by private msg if anyone needs it)
now i am very tensed how to deal with this....coz this way people will rip me off often and 2CO will be sending them money back without consulting me.....
can anyone help me please?
