I am looking for current statistics for internet usage, growth of high speed access and other stats like that.

Does anybody have a good link for such information?

Sometimes there's good stuff at CyberAtlas, it's a subdomain of Internet.com. They have a lot of links to ppv reports, but a fair amount of free information as well.
