What would be the best way to sell a gift site that sells about $70K per year with about $30K in inventory. It is highly ranked for its key phrases.

Should we use:

1. Local Business Broker

2. Ad in local newspaper

3. Ebay

4. Web broker

Also, how would we figure the value of the site?

Not to sound cliche but the web is a global marketplace - and you website probably doesn't have clients in your area. This makes an ad in a local newspaper a waste of money.

I would go with a business broker.

The site is worth about $25k plus 60% of inventory stated value.
Terms would be $5k down with additional monthly payments spread out over three years.
